1. Customer provides specification of the reinfored silicone hose to be customized.
a. Please let us know the specification of the reinforced silicone tubing you want to order.
For example: platinum-cured braid polyester reinforced silicone hose, ID 12.7mm, 3.0mm wall thickness, length 1000mm, clear color.
b. We can accept sketch, 2D drawing or 3D drawing in format .igs and .stp to show the specification.

c. Hose color
The universal color is clear. We can also make the inner layer clear and the outer layer color such as red. Customer needs to provide pantone color code or color sample if custom color is requested. SUNRISE provides regular hose colors for your choice, such as black, white, yellow, orange, red, purple, lime green, dark green, light blue, dark blue. Please see below picture.

d. Curing type
Available in platinum cured or peroxide cured versions. The platinum cured hose is in food grade and general food purpose. The peroxide cured hose is for industry purpose.
The platinum-cured braid-reinforced silicone hose is an ultra-flexible, high-purity hose that was developed for higher pressure applications.

e. Woven method
The right one below is regular woven method.The left one is stretch-proof woven method, such as sanitary hose purpose.

f.  Braided material
Available in polyester braided reinforced hose. The standard braid reinforcement is polyester.

2. Quotation
We can work out the costs base on the specification you provide. Inner diameter, wall thickness and hose length.

3. Lead time
a. It will take 2~5 weeks for us to produce hoses.
The production lead time depends on order quantity.
b. It will take about 7 days on delivery if ship via Air, such as Fedex, DHL.

5. Payment Terms
a. For small order, the payment term is 100% T/T when order confirmed.
b. For big order, the payment term can be 50% T/T when order confirmed and the balance at shipment.
c. We can accept payment via Paypal or wire transfer.
We prefer to accept payment via Paypal if amount less than USD1000 if possible.

6. Delivery
a. The parcel will be ship via Fedex when ship to USA, Canada and most European countries (Iceland excluded).
The parcel will be ship via DHL when ship to Iceland.
b. For big cargo, it can be ship via ocean.
c. If customer wants, customer can ask their forwarder come to pick up the parcel and freight collect.
