We produce two types of food grade silicone hoses that meet the requirements of FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, REACH and Food Contact Materials - Regulation (EC) 1935/2004. They are platinum cured silicone hose and food-grade reinforced silicone hoses, both of which are high-temperature food-safe silicone hoses and BPA free.

SUNRISE can produce platinum cured silicone hose in inner diameter no less than 0.7mm and outer diamter no more than 35mm per customers's request.  Made of 100% food grade silicone material, silicome tubings are colorful, safe and eco-friendly.

Flexible and durable platinum silicone tubing is an excellent choice for fluid transfer. Therefore it has a wide range of uses in pharmaceutical and biotechnological applications. It offers higher temperature resistance and less potential leachables for excellent biocompatibility and chemical inertness, enabling the preservation of sensitive fluids' purity.
